The General Manager is responsible for the overall operating and financial performance of EverLights and EL Design Group, with direct accountability for P&L, revenue growth, gross margin, operating expenses, people, processes, and execution.
This position serves as the senior day-to-day business leader across both organizations, translating company strategy into measurable operating results. The General Manager will work closely with executive leadership to establish annual goals and will have the authority and accountability necessary to deliver them.
The successful candidate will combine financial discipline, operational leadership, commercial judgment, and people management. This is not solely an operations position. The General Manager must understand how sales, estimating, purchasing, project management, inventory, vendor relationships, logistics, and customer experience work together to drive profitable growth.
Quotations Specialist – Lighting & Controls

EverLights is seeking an experienced Quotations Specialist – Lighting & Controls to join our team and play a key role in supporting our continued growth in the electrical, lighting, and controls industry.
This is a hands-on position for someone with strong electrical and lighting knowledge who understands distribution, can accurately interpret plans and specifications, and knows how to develop competitive quotations for lighting and controls projects. The Quotations Specialist will work closely with sales, manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure customers receive accurate, timely, and competitive solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to assume ownership of an active portfolio of lighting and electrical projects. This is a highly visible, client-facing role requiring strong leadership, urgency, organization, and commercial judgment.
The Senior Project Manager will take command of projects from handoff through completion, serving as the primary point of accountability for customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. The successful candidate will protect project schedules, customer relationships, billing milestones, and profitability while anticipating and resolving issues before they disrupt the project.

The successful candidate will help Everlights produce accurate, timely financial information while reducing the number of routine accounting items requiring the Comptroller’s direct involvement. Over time, this individual will become a trusted resource for general-ledger accounting, P&L analysis, close preparation, and AP/AR guidance.
